Cookies on WoodsWalk
Three things on this site can place a cookie in your browser:
- Google Analytics, which counts visits. Readers in the UK and Europe are asked first, and it runs only after Yes.
- WordPress, the software behind the site, which sets a few cookies of its own so pages work as they should.
- Amazon, if you follow a gear link. Its cookie credits a purchase to WoodsWalk; from there on, Amazon’s privacy notice applies.
The site’s own visit counter, Independent Analytics, sets no cookie, and the site carries no ads.
The privacy policy explains what each of these collects and how to ask for your data to be shown, corrected or deleted. Questions go through the contact page.
